Using this function, the control module For parking aid can be coded as follows:
- Transmission type: Manual shifting or automatic
- Signal For reverse gear engaged With or without function handshake
- Chassis type Sedan or Avant
- Vehicle model: e.g. Audi A6
NOTE: Via coding, the universally undifferentiated control module For parking aid -J446- can be specifically adjusted to the demands of the vehicle at hand.
Procedure
- Initiate On Board Diagnostic (OBD) of parking assistance,
Display on VAS5051:
- Select diagnostic function "07 - Code Control Module" in selection -1-.
Display on VAS5051:
1 - Enter code word Max. input value = 32767
- Enter 5-digit coding in button field -2- . If necessary, insert zeros in front.
