  • Always replace seals
  • Do not reuse fluid you have drained.
  • Hydraulic fluid: Part No. G 002 000
  • When replacing the power steering pump always check alignment of the pulleys for A/C compressor and power steering pump.

  1. Sheet-metal screw and washer assembly, 22 Nm 
  2. Bracket 
  3. Socket-head bolt, 22 Nm 
    • Rear mount for power steering pump to bracket
  4. Slotted bushing 
    • For tolerance compensation
  5. Expansion hose 
    • Power steering pump - steering gear
    • Note installation position:
      • Angle -a- : approx. 75°
  6. Banjo bolt, 47 Nm 
  7. Seals 
    • Always replace
  8. intake hose 
    • Power steering pump - fluid reservoir
    • Note installation position:
      • Angle -b- : approx. 90°
  9. Banjo bolt, 50
  10. Power steering pump 
  11. Shims 
  12. Belt pulley 
  13. Socket-head bolt, 22 Nm 
    • Use 3212 special tool to counterhold when loosening or tightening
