NOTE:
  • Ignition coils and power output stage are one component and are installed in ignition transformer.
  • Primary resistance of ignition coils cannot be measured.
  • Secondary resistance should be tested only with ignition wires connected to ignition coils. To do this, measurements must be made between spark plug connectors of appropriate ignition coil. This measurement also measures the interference-suppression resistors of all ignition wires.
