  • Switch on ignition
  • Switch off radio and navigation system, telephone not in use.
  • Press buttons -0- and -3- to select "output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM)", function 3.

  • Press -Q- button to confirm input.

  • Center instrument cluster display indicates text "AAAABBBBCCCCDDDD".
  • Switch on radio.
  • Press --> button.

The radio volume is increased audibly.

  • Press --> button.
