Windshield wiper system, removing and installing: Installing
1999 Audi A6 BaseSECTION Installing
- Install wiper motor -1- together with crank on wiper motor bracket.
- Engage linkage rod -3-, adjust end position of linkage at -a-.
- Install harness connector for wiper motor.
- Insert wiper frame (wiper motor first) into plenum chamber.
- Tilt wiper frame forward and tighten nuts to 8 Nm (71 in. lb).
- The rest of the installation is the reverse of removal.
