4 - Valve body
- Location: inside transmission oil pan
- Assembly includes solenoid valves -N88-, -N89-, -N90-, -N91-, -N92-, -N93-, -N94-
- Transmission fluid (ATF) temperature sensor -G93- is integrated into internal wiring harness
- Components are electrically checked via OBD
5 - Multi-function Transmission Range (TR) switch -F125-
- Location: left of transmission
- Checked via OBD
6 - Sensor for transmission RPM -G182-
- Location: in valve body
- Checked via OBD
7 - Transmission Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) -G38-
- Location: right-rear of transmission
- Sensor for transmission RPM
- Checked via OBD
- Supplies transmission output speed signal
8 - Selector lever mechanism
- Location: in center console
9 - Shift lock solenoid -N110-
- Location: on right side of selector lever mechanism
- Can be checked in "Read Measuring Value Block function 08, and by electrical testing
10 - Throttle Position (TP) sensor -G69-
- Location: integrated into throttle valve control module -J338-
- TP sensor signal is sent via ECM to TCM.
- TP sensor signal is checked by On Board Diagnostic of ECM
- TP sensor signal can be checked in "Read Measuring Value Block" function 08
- If a TP sensor malfunction is detected using OBD program, check OBD program of ECM
11 - Cruise control switch -E45-
- Location: integrated into steering column switch
12 - Park/Neutral Position (PNP) relay -J226-
- Location: relay plate
13 - Transmission range selector lever display -Y6-
- Location: in instrument cluster
- Transmission Range (TR) selector lever display which is completely dark indicates "mechanical backup with non-active control module" mode
- TR selector lever display which is completely lit up indicates "mechanical backup with active control module" mode
14 - Kick down switch -F8-
- Location: behind spray wall in plenum, integrated into accelerator pedal cable
- Replacing: replace and adjust accelerator pedal cable
- Checked via OBD
- Can be checked in "Read Measuring Value Block" function 08, and by electrical testing
15 - Brake light switch -F-
- Location: in pedal cluster
- Can be checked in "Read Measuring Value Block" function 08, and by electrical testing
