New Panasonic Concert Radio, Coding
Model(s):
A8 with Concert Radio 1998 08.97 -->
Beginning 08.97 production a new Panasonic "Concert" radio will be introduced along with a Panasonic CD changer as well.
The new "Concert" radio must be coded using either the VAG1551 or 1552 Scan Tools for:

^ Radio configuration, if equipped with (antenna with remote power supply, CD changer or secondary display)
^ Sound system adjustment for optional BoseοΏ½ sound system
^ Passive loudspeakers
^ Country identification
In addition, a diagnostic feature can be accessed using either the VAG 1551 or 1552 Scan Tools as well.
These Repair Manual pages are new and will be integrated with the next Repair Manual update.
