When a function has been completed, press the (arrow) button to return to the beginning of the troubleshooting procedure ("Select function XX").
Erase DTC Memory
Requirements
^ DTC memory checked
- Press (arrow) button.
Indicated on display
- Press buttons -0- and -5- to select "Erase DTC Memory" function 05.

- Press the -Q- button to confirm input.

Notes:
^ If this is displayed, the check sequence has not been carried out.
^ Follow the test sequence exactly, that is first check DTC memory, then erase DTC memory in the same diagnostic cycle.
End Output
Indicated on display
- Press buttons -0- and -6- to select "End Output" function 06.
Indicated on display
- Press the -Q- button to confirm input.
Indicated on display
- Switch ignition off.
- Disconnect scan tool.
