Special tools and equipment
- VAS 1978
Work procedure
- Remove front seat.
- Electrical wiring - 2 - and - 3 - removed from connector - 4 -.
- Disconnect connectors - 1 -.
- Pull out connecting wire - 5 - with VAS1978 from connector housing - 6 -.
- Remove wiring from seat frame.
- Remove bolt - 6 -.
- Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ft.lb.)
- Slide guide rail slightly to back (arrow).
- Unhook guide rail from below.
