Fender, Removing And Installing
Special Tools And Equipment
3371 adjustment gauge
Removing
- Remove bumper.
- Remove wheelhousing liner.
- Remove front turn signal.
- Remove side turn signal.
- Remove bolts - 1 -, - 4 - and - 5 -.
Tightening torque: 9.5 Nm (84 in.lb.)
- Remove combination bolt - 3 - at retaining plate - 2 -.
Tightening torque: 9.5 Nm (84 in.lb.)
- Remove fender - 6 -.
Installing
Installation is the reverse of removal, noting the following:
- Adjust panel gap dimensions.
- Dimension - a - = 3.5 mm
- Dimension - b - = 3.5 mm
- Before installing wheelhousing liner, insert filler piece - 3 - in fender.
