NOTE:
Possible causes for rubbing windshield wipers:
- Scratched windshield
- Windshield wiper blade is not engaged or is ripped
- Windshield wiper arms / -blades are loose or bent
- Windshield wiper blades are waxed or wavy
If none of the indicated causes apply to the complaint "windshield wipers rub", wiper arm pitch angle must be checked and or adjusted before replacing wiper blades.
