NOTE: Idle speed and mixture (CO content) cannot be adjusted. Idle speed is controlled by the Throttle Valve Control Module (TVCM). Mixture is adjusted by oxygen sensor control. Both idle speed and mixture control are monitored and adjusted by ECM.
