When ignition is on (engine off), the OK indicator in the Auto-Check display area illuminates for a few seconds. This indicates all monitored systems are okay (this also checks Red and Yellow display bulbs). The Auto-Check system then continues to monitor these systems when the engine is started and while the vehicle is driven. System malfunctions are classified into 2 groups: DANGER display and WARNING display.
