Backrest Adjustment Motor

- Remove power seat assembly from vehicle. Remove backrest adjustment motor wiring harness connector. See Fig 1 . Remove seat heater coil drive connector (if equipped). Remove seat trim cover.
- Remove screws from backrest stop. Carefully pry backrest from trim. Pull trim down and off seatback. Straighten upholstery hooks and pull cover foreword. Remove backrest adjustment motor and bracket. To install, reverse removal procedure.
