Should the vehicle fails to comply to the required emissions standards, manufacturer will make any repairs or replacements necessary for the vehicle to pass the required emissions test, provided the vehicle is maintained and used in accordance with the instructions for care and used in the Audi Owner's Manual. The warranty period is 3 years/50,000 miles and begins on date vehicle is delivered or put in use, whichever occurs first.
