Audio and Visual System Error Codes (2025)
The audio and visual system can display a few error messages when some problems are detected with the system. This is not a complete list of audio and visual system error messages. Refer to symptom troubleshooting.
Infotainment Control Unit Error Messages
| Error Message Displayed | Possible Cause | Solution |

| The system is unable to start due to excessive heat. The system will start after the system cools. | This message appears when the display temperature is too high. | Park the vehicle in a cooler place for a while. If the high temperature status is cancelled, the infotainment control unit turns on the display. |
| Sounds are restricted because the AMP is in protection mode. | This message appears when the stereo amplifier temperature is too high, and the stereo amplifier inhibits sound output. | Park the vehicle in a cooler place for a while. If the high temperature status is cancelled, the stereo amplifier outputs the sound again. |
USB Error Messages

| No Data | No music file(s) can be found in a USB device. | Check the music files in the USB device. |
| The selected file cannot be played. | The infotainment control unit cannot read the file(s). |

When to See a Mechanic
