Rear ANC/Active Sound Control Microphone Inspection
Preconditions
This procedure can be done before any other inspections are completed because this test procedure includes all of the following inspection items. However, if this test fails, it will be necessary to continue with each inspection item individually to determine which item failed.
- External circuit is normal.

- Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- Make a loud noise like clapping your hands in front of the rear ANC/active sound control microphone.
- Perform the inspection according to the following table.
(Connected) ANC/active sound control unit 20P connector - Refer to: ANC/Active Sound Control Unit Connector for Inputs and Outputs (2025) or ANC/Active Sound Control Unit Connector for Inputs and Outputs (2022 2023 2024) female terminals
IG Mode
Normal Conditions
Unit internal circuit inspection
ON
Voltage changes between 0 V and 8 V
Results
- If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the rear ANC/active sound control microphone.

When to See a Mechanic
