DTC 2611 : HDD Diag
NOTE:Β
- Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first - Refer to: 12 Volt Battery Test, or 12 Volt Battery Test (With SH-AWD) .
- This navigation DTC sets when there is a problem with the HDD (the HDD icon is red in the System Links).
- If the center display unit displays an error message when you turn on the navigation system, follow the instructions .
- Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information - Refer to: How to Troubleshoot the Navigation System (Without Auto Idle Stop System), or How to Troubleshoot the Navigation System (With Auto Idle Stop System), or How to Troubleshoot the Navigation System (2018-19) .
- Problem verification
-1. Clear the hard error codes.
- 2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 3. Check for hard error codes.
Is DTC 2611 indicated?
YESΒ
Replace the audio-navigation unit .
NOΒ
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. If the vehicle repeatedly comes back with the navigation DTC, replace the audio-navigation unit .

When to See a Mechanic
