  • Radio reception
  • Aftermarket FM modulator between the window antenna and the tuner unit
  • Check the antenna rear lead ground (G402) for poor connection or loose terminal.
  • If symptom only happens with the rear window defogger ON, possible bleed over from breaks or cracks in the rear window defogger grid
AM/FM radio display is blank or no station information is displayed Refer to Audio System Symptom Troubleshooting 
  • Radio reception
  • Aftermarket FM modulator
Excessive transition between analog broadcast and digital HD Radio (TM) broadcast Receiver is located near the edge of the digital HD Radio (TM) coverage area. Refer to www.hdradio.com to verify radio stations in your coverage area  
HD Radio (TM) changes HD channel on its own This is intended behavior. HD Radio (TM) is set to revert to main channel after extended loss of HD2/HD3 broadcast  
AM radio reception changes at night This is a system characteristic. AM radio stations are required by the government (FCC) to lower their power at night  
Audio unit power will not turn on (No information display) Refer to Audio System Symptom Troubleshooting   
Center display unit does not work (without navigation) Refer to Audio System Symptom Troubleshooting
