DTC U0029-00 (Adaptive Cruise Control Unit) (2014 2015 2016 2017)
DTC U0029-00 : Communication Line Error
NOTE:
- Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot, and review the how to troubleshooting information .
- If the F-CAN lines problem or ACC unit internal circuit malfunction, HDS does not communicate with the ACC unit. If DTC U0029-00 is indicated HDS, the system is OK at this time.

DTC (ACC)
- DTC check (CAN gateway system)
-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
-3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
-4. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, then wait for at least 5 seconds.
-5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description DTC Are any DTCs indicated?
YES
Go to the CAN gateway system DTC troubleshooting .
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
