2012 Acura TL BaseSECTION Message Delete Procedure (Service Tech)
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (II), or press the engine start/stop button to select the ON mode.
- Touch OK on the disclaimer screen.
- Press and hold the DEST/ROUTE, the MAP/GUIDE, and the CANCEL buttons at the same time for 3 seconds more, and the system diagnostic mode begins.
- Using the interface dial, spinet the XM (HIP) from the Detail Information & Setting, and press the ENTER. Select XM (HIP) Diag (A) front the XM (HIP) System Link.
- Select Diagnostic Info.
- Select the item you want to delete. After the message and date come up, select Delete.
- Select Yes to confirm your choice.
- Repeat step 6 and 7 for each message you want to delete.
