Center Console Disassembly/Reassembly

Special Tools Required

- KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014
*Available through the Acura Tool and Equipment Program; call 888-424-6857

NOTE:

- Take care not to scratch the center console or the related parts.
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

1. Remove the center console Center Console Removal/Installation.

2. Pry out the rear edge of the console carpet trim (A, B) with the appropriate trim tool to detach the clips and to release the hooks (C) from the center console (D).






3. Remove the screws from both sides of the center console (A), then remove the console side pockets (B).





4. Reassemble the center console in the reverse order of disassembly and note these items:

- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips and the hooks into place securely.
