Check for PGM-FI DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.
Check the PGM-FI main relays Testing and Inspection.
Check for loose battery terminals or connections.
Test the battery for a low state of charge Testing and Inspection.

Check the starter cut relay 1 and starter cut relay 2 Testing and Inspection.
Check the transmission range switch Testing and Inspection.
