Check for PGM-FI DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.
Check for IMMOBI status and function Engine Does Not Start With the Immobilizer Key (Without Keyless Access System).
Check the fuel pressure Testing and Inspection.
Check for a plugged or damaged fuel line Testing and Inspection.
Check for a plugged fuel filter.
Check the throttle body Testing and Inspection.
Check for low engine compression:

J37A4 engine Testing and Inspection
Check for a damaged or broken timing belt.
Do the powertrain control module (PCM) reset in the PGM-FI INSPECTION menu to cancel ALL INJECTORS STOP with the Honda Diagnostic System (HDS).
