Humidity/In-car Temperature Sensor Replacement

1. Remove these items:

- Driver's dashboard undercover Driver's Dashboard Undercover Removal/Installation
- Remote slot (with keyless access) Keyless Access Remote Slot Test/Replacement (With Keyless Access System)

2. Disconnect the air hose from the heater unit Driver's Air Mix Control Motor Replacement. Keep grip on air hose while doing following procedures to assist in removal of sensor.

3. Disconnect the connector (A) from the humidity/in-car temperature sensor (B).






4. Unhook the left lock tab (A) of the humidity/in-car temperature sensor by pushing your thumb (B) between the sensor and tab (C).






5. Pull sensor toward steering column to unlock right lock tab (A). Maintain the pressure with thumb to keep left tab unlocked while unhooking right lock tab then pull out the sensor.





6. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.
