Trunk Pass-through Lid Lock Cylinder Replacement
NOTE: Take care not to tear or damage the seat covers.
1. Remove the rear seat-back Rear Seat Removal/Installation.
2. Remove the screws, and release the hooks (A), then remove the upper cover (B).
3. Remove the screws, and release the upper hook (A), then pull out the lock cover (B) to release the lower hook (C).
4. Remove the retainer (A) with a hook-shaped tool, then remove the trunk pass-through lid lock cylinder (B) from the lid (C).
NOTE: Wear eye protection when doing this step.
5. Install the lock cylinder in the reverse order of removal, and make sure the trunk pass-through lid opens properly and locks securely.
