SH-AWD Control Unit Replacement
2008 Acura MDXSECTION SH-AWD Control Unit Replacement
NOTE:
The SH-AWD control unit must be initialized (see SH-AWD Control Unit InitializationΒ
) after replacement, other wise the SH-AWD system will not function.
- Remove the rear left side trim panel cover (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - REAR SIDE AREA ).
- Remove the cargo floor lid and the cargo box (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - CARGO AREA ).
- Remove the SH-AWD control unit (A).
- Disconnect the SH-AWD control unit connectors (B).
- Install the SH-AWD control unit in the reverse order of removal.
