(1) Tighten bolt to 106 INCH lbs. (12.0 N.m).
(2) Pinion bearing preload is adjusted when tightening lock nut. See PINION BEARING PRELOAD  under ADJUSTMENTS for adjusting procedure.
(3) Tighten bolts to specification in sequence. See Figure.
