P1791/4  Blinks Defective Vehicle Speed Sensor Lock-Up Clutch Does Not Engage
(1) Flash code is number of blinks from "D4" indicator light on A/T gear position indicator on instrument panel with jumper wire installed in service check connector.
(2) Condition of "D4" indicator light on A/T gear position indicator on instrument panel.
(3) MIL will illuminate for all DTCs.
(4) Check specified component for probable cause. Check wiring and connections for the specified component.
(5) One or more transaxle DTCs are present with no fuel or engine performance DTCs present.
