General Information
When we released Service Bulletin 14-050, Safety Recall: Transmission Does Not Engage ParkΒ , we included several live action and animated videos to help explain parts of the transmission inspection and flush procedure.
We just revised the bulletin to include a link to a short survey about using videos in service bulletins.
If you used the bulletin to do the procedure, we'd like to get your feedback on how helpful you found those videos.
However, if you haven't done the procedure or reviewed the bulletin, we'd still like your feedback. We'll be using more videos in future bulletins and we're interested in knowing how you want to see the repair information.
