Sunlight Sensor
Carefully remove sunlight sensor from dashboard. See SUNLIGHT SENSORΒ under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Turn ignition on. Without disconnecting connector, measure voltage between sensor terminals with positive lead connected to White/Red wire terminal and negative lead connected to Pink/Blue wire terminal. If voltage is not 3.5-3.9 volts or greater out of direct sunlight, replace sensor. If voltage is not 3.4-3.8 volts or less in direct sunlight, replace sensor.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
