2004 Acura 3.5RLSECTION MIL Stays Illuminated

  1. Start engine and check MIL.
  2. If MIL stays illuminated, turn ignition switch off. Connect scan tool to DLC. See Figure .
  3. Turn ignition switch on. Record DTCs and freeze data listed on scan tool. See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DEFINITIONSΒ  . Perform appropriate trouble shooting procedure.
    NOTE: Freeze data indicates engine conditions when malfunction, misfire or fuel trim malfunction occurred.
