Maintenance Reminder Light
2004 Acura 3.5RLSECTION Maintenance Reminder Light
- Turn ignition switch to ON position. Maintenance Reminder Light (MAINTE REQUID) should illuminate for 2 seconds (bulb check). Between 6000-7500 miles, light will illuminate for 2 seconds (bulb check) and then flash for 10 seconds. If maintenance reminder is not reset before 7500 miles, light will stay on steady for 10 seconds. If light flashes or stays on, vehicle maintenance should be performed and maintenance reminder light reset.
- To reset maintenance reminder light, turn ignition switch to ON position. Press and hold SELECT switch button and RESET switch button for more than 10 seconds. If maintenance reminder light does not operate as described, check speedometer operation and bulb. If bulb and speedometer are okay, check instrument cluster printed circuit board.
