Anti-Theft & Keyless Entry Systems: Description
The anti-theft system is activated automatically 15 seconds after all doors, hood and trunk have been closed and locked. Anti-theft system indicator light, located next to driver's door lock knob, will flash after all doors are closed and locked. For anti-theft system to activate, doors must be locked from outside using a key, lock knob, door lock switch, or remote transmitter. Anti-theft system will not arm if any door, hood or trunk is not fully closed.
Keyless entry system is integrated with the anti-theft system. Keyless entry allows locking and unlocking vehicle with remote transmitter(s).
