Heater Unit Side
Disconnect heater valve cable housing from cable clamp at heater unit. Disconnect heater valve cable from temperature control arm. Set air mix control motor to maximum cool position. See Figure. Attach cable to temperature control valve by sliding cable eye over peg on temperature control valve. Hold end of heater valve cable housing against stop and snap cable housing into clamp.
