Piston Pin Installation
2004 Acura 3.5RLSECTION Piston Pin Installation
- Install one piston pin snap ring on piston. Heat piston to about 158°F (70°C). Coat piston pin bore, connecting rod bore and piston pin with engine oil.
- Install piston with its offset mark and oil hole in connecting rod on the same side. See Figure. Install piston pin. Install remaining piston pin snap ring.
