Brake Fluid Level Switch

2004 Acura 3.5RLSECTION Brake Fluid Level Switch

Remove brake fluid reservoir cap (cap and switch are an assembly). Check that float on cap moves up and down freely. Use DVOM to check for continuity between switch terminals. With float in down position (empty), continuity should be indicated. Turn cap upside-down to move float to up (full) position. In up position, continuity should not exist. If continuity is not as specified, replace reservoir cap.
