Removal & Installation
2004 Acura 3.5RLSECTION Removal & Installation
- Remove steering column and steering wheel. See STEERING COLUMN article in STEERING. Remove the combination switch. Remove the circlip and screw, then remove the steering angle sensor from the combination switch. See Fig 1 .
- Install in the reverse order of removal. Perform the Steering Angle Sensor Neutral Position Memorizing, procedure. See STEERING ANGLE SENSOR NEUTRAL POSITION CHECK & MEMORIZINGΒ under PROGRAMING.
CAUTION:
Do not apply any grease or oil to the steering angle sensor.
