Power Will Not Turn OFF

- With the ignition switch ON (II), push the power switch OFF or turn the ignition switch OFF to see if the audio unit turns OFF.
Is the audio unit OFF?
- YES - Operation is normal.
- NO - Go to step 2.
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Remove the audio unit (see AUDIO UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ), then disconnect the audio unit connector A (20P).
- Measure voltage between the audio unit connector (20P) No. 2 terminal and body ground.

Is there battery voltage?
- YES - Repair a short to power in the wire.
- NO - Replace the audio unit.
