SERVICE INFORMATION
Are you getting the error message Read Error , Format Error , or Database Old after programming the navigation system hard drive or flash memory card in a '96-99 3.5RL or '99 3.2TL? If you are, then you need to repeat the procedure and leave the hard drive or card in the control unit for 30 seconds after you see the message Programming Complete . If the error message comes up again, call the Interactive Network (iN) Help Desk at 800-245-4343 .
