Diagnostic Trouble Codes 18158 / P1750 - 5 Spd. Automatic Transmission 01V
1) Pay attention to which hydraulic control the transmission has when selecting measuring value block.
Note about DTC 18158 / P1750:
^ Requirement for malfunction recognition: Battery voltage smaller than 9 Volts, transmission shifts into emergency running mode.
^ When vehicle voltage (terminal 30) fails, application values are lost, i.e. Transmission Control Module (TCM) must learn these values again when vehicle is started. During this renewed "learning", shifting quality may be lower than normal.
