Lubricating And Oil System - Removal, Replacement And Installation
- Lubrication System (B4204T2 CVVT; 2000)
- Oil pressure: Inspecting and replacing the oil pressure sensor
- Replacing oil pump, front retaining ring

- Remove vibration damper
- Remove distributor wheel from the crankshaft
- If replacing the front retaining ring only
- Remove oil pump
- Dismantling oil pump
- Checking oil pressure governor spring
- Insert pump rotor in casing and check play/clearance
- Assemble the pump
- Installing oil pump
- Installing camshaft belt
- Installing vibration damper
- Install front wheel
- Replacing the oil and oil filter
