Spark Plug: Service and Repair
1993 Volvo 850 L5-2.4L VIN 55 B5254SSECTION Service and Repair
1. Remove spark plug access cover.
2. Remove spark plug wires from plugs.
3. Remove spark plugs.
4. Check and adjust spark plug gap to:
0.028" (.70 mm)
5. Install clean, "un-oiled", spark plugs and torque to:
18 ft. lbs.
6. Refit spark plug wires.
7. Reinstall spark plug access cover.
2. Remove spark plug wires from plugs.
3. Remove spark plugs.
4. Check and adjust spark plug gap to:
0.028" (.70 mm)
5. Install clean, "un-oiled", spark plugs and torque to:
18 ft. lbs.
6. Refit spark plug wires.
7. Reinstall spark plug access cover.
