IDL - E2	No Voltage	IG SW ON-Throttle valve OPEN	4.5-5.5V
VCC - E2		IG SW ON-	4.5-5.5V
VTA - E2	No Voltage	IG SW ON-Throttle valve SHUT	0.8-1.2V
		IG SW ON-Throttle valve OPEN	3.2-4.2V
