Converter Case: Assembly
- Install the stud bolt.NOTE:
After installing, check that the protruding portion (a) is within the standard.Â
Tightening torque:Â
18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)
Specification:Â
25.0 - 28.7 mm (0.98 - 1.13 in)
- Install the plugs and oil guides with new O-rings.NOTE:
- Apply CVTF to the O-rings.Â
- Replace the gasket of filler plug (for differential gear oil) with a new part after adjusting the differential gear oil.Â
Tightening torque:Â
T1: 13 N.m (1.3 kgf-m, 9.6 ft-lb)
T2: 22 N.m (2.2 kgf-m, 16.2 ft-lb)
T3: 50 N.m (5.1 kgf-m, 36.9 ft-lb)
- Install the line pressure sensor using a new O-ring. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION(TR580)>LINE PRESSURE SENSOR>INSTALLATIONÂ
- Attach the drain plug (A) using a new gasket, using TORX® bit T70.
Tightening torque:Â
70 N.m (7.1 kgf-m, 51.6 ft-lb)
- Temporarily install the overflow plug (B).NOTE:
Replace the gasket of overflow plug with a new part after adjusting the amount of differential gear oil.Â
