Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Installation
- Set a new gasket, install the engine coolant temperature sensor using the ST.NOTE: STRUT MOUNT SOCKET (20099PA000) can also be used.
Preparation tool:
ST: STRUT MOUNT SOCKET (20399AG000)
Tightening torque:
16 N.m (1.6 kgf-m, 11.8 ft-lb)
- Connect the connector (B) to engine coolant temperature sensor and connect the connector (A) to the knock sensor.
- Install the connector (A) and clip (B).
- Install the clip (C), clip (D) and clip (E), and connect connector (A) and connector (B).
- Install the intercooler. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DOTC)>Intercooler>INSTALLATION .
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Fill engine coolant. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>Engine Coolant>REPLACEMENT>FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
