*P0111 INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT RANGE/PERFORMANCE BANK 1
  • 6 hours have elapsed since ignition switch is OFF under a completely warmed up condition.
  • For models with block heater, at least 6 hours must have elapsed without operating the block heater.
*P0196 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR "A" RANGE/PERFORMANCE
  • 6 hours have elapsed since ignition switch is OFF under a completely warmed up condition.
  • For models with block heater, at least 6 hours must have elapsed without operating the block heater.

Diagnostic procedure: 

  1. Make sure that the engine coolant temperature is less than 30°C (86°F).
  2. Drive according to the drive pattern described below.
