Camshaft Position Sensor: Removal
2002 Subaru Forester BaseSECTION Removal
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Disconnect connector from camshaft position sensor.
- Remove bolt which installs camshaft position sensor to camshaft position sensor support.
- Remove bolt which installs camshaft position sensor support to camshaft cap LH.
- Remove camshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor support as a unit.
- Remove camshaft position sensor itself.
