Impact Sensitivity Test

- Remove key from ignition switch.
- Close all windows.
- Close all doors and rear gate.
- Cover the hood with a blanket.
- Press the LOCK/ARM button of the transmitter.
- Confirm that the security indicator light blinks every 2 seconds.
- Hit the center of the windshield with your palm. See Fig 1 . Make sure the alarm operates. If no good, adjust the impact sensitivity. See SECURITY CONTROL MODULE (IMPACT SENSITIVITY) under ADJUSTMENTS.
