2007 Scion tC Base, AutomaticSECTION Installation
- INSTALL ECM
- Install the No. 2 ECM bracket with the 2 screws.
Torque: 3.0 N*m (30 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf)
- Install the No. 1 ECM bracket with the 2 screws.
Torque: 3.0 N*m (30 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf)
- Install the ECM with the bolt and screw.
Torque: 5.0 N*m (50 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf) for bolt
3.0 N*m (30 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf) for screw
- Connect the 5 ECM connectors.
- Install the wire harness clamp.
- Install the No. 2 ECM bracket with the 2 screws.
- INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR (See INSTALLATION )
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION
- Perform initialization (see
INITIALIZATION
).NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
